All of our products have an industry leading 2-year Limited Warranty against defect. Please see specific included and excluded components for each product below.  Mis-use of any of our products nullifies the limited warranty.

  1. The Freedom Leg Limited Warranty:
    Every component except rubber tread and foam thigh liner.
  2. The Voyager Seated Scooter Limited Warranty:
    Every component except: Rubber Wheel Tread, Rubber Grips, Rubber Foot Rests and Brake Cable.
  3. The innovator Ultra-Light Wheelchair Limited Warranty:

FORWARD MOBILITY RETURN POLICY
We’re dedicated to making your experience with Forward Mobility to be a customer friendly experience.  To return a Forward Mobility product, just notify us, by phone: 1-888-816-8127 or e-mail: support@fwdmobility.com that you wish to return your product.  We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your product return.   Please note, that a Return Authorization Number is required to return a Forward Mobility product and receive a full refund of your purchase price.

To ensure a successful return and refund for your Forward Mobility product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please notify Forward Mobility that you wish to return your product within th 7 Day period.
  2. Product must be in excellent condition.
  3. Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  4. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) has been received from Forward Mobility.
  5. Once an RAN has been received, product must be returned within 14 days.
  6. Once we receive your product back, we will issue you a refund in 4 to 6 weeks.  Refunds are given in the Transaction method the original product was purchased.  For example, if you used Google Checkout to purchase your product, your refund will be issued through Google Checkout.
